When you use OCTAYN we collect the information you provide directly — your name, email, profile details, and the cars and posts you add to your garage and feed. We also collect usage data to improve the app.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers who help us run the platform, or when required by law.

By creating an account you agree to use OCTAYN only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must be at least 16 years old to use the app.
You own what you post. By posting to OCTAYN you grant us a licence to display and distribute your content within the platform. We will never sell your content to third parties.
We may update these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
OCTAYN is built by car people, for car people. Keep it that way.
Use your real identity. Don't impersonate other people or misrepresent your builds.
Healthy debate is fine — personal attacks, harassment, and hate have no place here. Respect all makes, models, and builds even if they're not your thing.
Don't post or promote illegal street racing, dangerous driving, or anything that puts people at risk. Track days and sanctioned events are always welcome.
No unsolicited promotions, fake engagement, or repetitive posts. Clubs are for community, not advertising.
Violations may result in content removal or account suspension. Repeat or severe violations will be permanently banned.
